With a big heart and a warm approach, I’m here to provide a cosy, safe space designed specifically for you to pause, breathe, and reconnect with your true self. Based in Matlock, Derbyshire, I offer personalised one-on-one sessions, Equine Reiki, and distance Reiki for clients near and far.
My unique approach intuitively blends Usui and Angelic Reiki with Crystal Light Therapy, Oracle card guidance, and Indian Head Massage, creating an experience that is deeply personal, uplifting, and tailored entirely around you.

This Crystal Light Therapy Bed combines Vogel-cut clear quartz crystals, colored light, and deep relaxation to create a beautiful, immersive healing experience.

Vogel-Cut Clear Quartz: Traditionally used in crystal therapy for its clarity, cleansing, healing, and amplifying properties. Vogel-cut crystals are specially shaped with precise facets and geometry to focus and magnify the energy of both the light and the crystal.

Chakra Alignment: Each crystal is illuminated with a specific color of light corresponding to one of your body's 7 main chakras.
How Does It Work?
Light and color therapy, also known as Chromatherapy, has been practiced for many years.
Each of the seven crystals is illuminated with a different color, creating a beautiful ray of light along the body. Each color traditionally aligns with the body's energy centers—your chakras, helping to restore balance and flow.
